This Shipping Policy explains how orders for honey and herbal powders from Kewal Produce and Products / Tekari Agro Producer Company Limited are processed, packed and delivered when placed through WhatsApp.

1. Order placement
Currently, all orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp only. There is no online payment gateway or shopping cart on our website at this stage.
- Share product names, quantities and preferred pack sizes on WhatsApp.
- Mention your full delivery address along with PIN code and contact number.
- Our team will confirm product availability, total amount and tentative delivery timeline.
2. Serviceable locations & PIN codes
Delivery is subject to the coverage of our courier and logistics partners. Serviceability may differ based on your exact PIN code and product type.
- We dispatch primarily from Gaya, Bihar (PIN – 823002).
- Availability of delivery to your location will be confirmed on WhatsApp based on your PIN code.
- Certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable or may require extra delivery time.
3. Order processing & dispatch time
Once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp and payment terms are agreed, we begin packing and dispatch preparations.
- Typical processing time: 1–3 working days after confirmation.
- During high-demand periods or unforeseen situations, processing may take longer.
- We will inform you if additional time is needed before dispatch.
Note: Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for processing and dispatch.
4. Estimated delivery timelines
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner performance. Exact timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
- Within Bihar: Usually 3–7 working days from dispatch.
- Other serviceable states:5–10 working days from dispatch.
These timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, festivals or other factors beyond our direct control.
5. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination and courier rates at the time of booking.
- Applicable shipping charges will be clearly shared on WhatsApp before confirming your order.
- Any ongoing offers such as free or discounted shipping (if applicable) will be mentioned explicitly.
- Bulk / wholesale orders may have customised shipping arrangements as mutually agreed.
6. Mode of shipment & tracking
Orders are shipped through our logistics / courier partners or reputable transport services, depending on the destination and order size.
- For most courier shipments, a tracking ID / link will be shared on WhatsApp once available.
- In some cases (e.g. local or bulk deliveries), tracking links may not be available, but dispatch details will be shared.
- You may write to us on WhatsApp if you need an updated status on your shipment.
7. Packaging & handling
As we deal with honey and powdered products, careful packaging is important to minimise leakage or damage during transit.
- Products are packed in appropriate jars / pouches as per our internal standards.
- Additional cushioning material or outer boxes are used for fragile and long-distance shipments.
- Despite best efforts, minor denting of outer cartons may occur during transit and is usually not treated as damage to the product.
8. Delays, re-attempts & failed deliveries
Sometimes, deliveries may be delayed or undelivered due to reasons beyond our control, such as logistics issues, incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
- Please ensure the delivery address and contact number shared on WhatsApp are accurate and reachable.
- Courier partners generally attempt delivery multiple times or may contact you by phone.
- If the shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, unreachable contact or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged, leaked or incorrect products
We request you to check the parcel at the time of delivery as far as possible. If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please try to record photos or short videos of the condition.
- In case of visible damage, leakage or wrong product received, contact us on WhatsApp within a reasonable time (preferably within 24–48 hours) with clear photos / videos.
- Each case will be reviewed individually. Based on assessment, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, credit note or other resolution as feasible.
- Decisions on replacements or refunds for damaged / incorrect items will be at the sole discretion of Kewal Produce and Products / Tekari Agro Producer Company Limited.
Note: Natural honey may crystallise or change texture with temperature. This is a natural behaviour and is not considered a defect or damage.
10. International shipping
At present, we do not offer routine international shipping. If you have a special requirement, you may contact us and we will inform you if any export / bulk arrangement is possible.

This Shipping Policy may be updated or modified from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, courier arrangements or legal requirements.
The latest version of this policy will always be available on our website. We encourage you to review it periodically, especially before placing new orders.
