1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our website, contacting us through WhatsApp or placing an order with Kewal Produce and Products / Tekari Agro Producer Company Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or place orders with us.

2. Nature of our services

We manufacture and / or supply natural honey, moringa powder and other herbal powders, and currently accept orders primarily via WhatsApp and phone.

• The website is primarily informational, showcasing products and providing details about Kewal Produce and Products / Tekari Agro Producer Company Limited.
• There is presently no integrated online payment gateway or shopping cart. Orders are confirmed manually through WhatsApp conversations or calls.

3. Eligibility to purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or legally capable of entering into a contract.
• You are placing the order for personal, household or legitimate business use.
• All information you provide (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete.

4. Product information & usage

We take reasonable care to present product details accurately based on available information and internal standards. However:

• Natural products such as honey and herbal powders may vary in colour, aroma, texture and taste from batch to batch.
• Any descriptions, usage suggestions or benefits mentioned are for general informational purposes and not medical advice.

• All prices are typically quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Any special offers or discounts are time-bound and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion.
• Details of accepted payment methods (e.g. UPI, bank transfer, etc.) will be shared with you directly on WhatsApp.

Your order will be processed only after we have agreed upon the price, shipping charges and payment arrangements on WhatsApp.

6. Orders, confirmation & cancellation

Placement of an order via WhatsApp does not automatically guarantee acceptance. An order is considered confirmed only when we explicitly acknowledge it along with payment and delivery terms.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing or other valid reasons.
• You may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched; acceptance of cancellation is at our discretion.
• In case of cancellations after dispatch, our Return & Refund Policy will apply.

7. Shipping, delivery & risk

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy and the performance of courier / logistics partners.

• Once dispatched, the shipment may be subject to delays outside our direct control (e.g. weather, logistical issues, local restrictions).
• Risk of loss or damage generally passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, subject to our Return & Refund Policy in case of visible damage or wrong products.

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient or other reasons beyond our reasonable control.
