Open the can carefully and drain the excess liquid.
Rinse lightly if desired, then add mushrooms directly to curries, gravies or stir-fries.
Use as a topping for pizzas, pastas, rolls, sandwiches and grilled dishes.

Keep the unopened can in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not accept if the seal is broken or the can is leaked.

After opening, transfer unused mushrooms (along with some brine) to a clean container, refrigerate, and use as soon as possible.
